　既に中国にはgreatfirewallがあって、規制されたキーワードは検閲されて
国内からはアクセスできないのは有名な話であるが、ここでは特定のサイトが
中国国内でブロックされているか否かを確認してくれる。TESTページにはテストした
サイトとそのアクセス回数なんかが表示されていて、なるほどというサイトがたくさん
表示されていて面白い。目的はこんな感じ。
